I'm using these 'off' days to work on my 5k speed. I looked through the bibs I've worn over the last 2 years of running and noticed that none of my 5k results were sub 30. My goal for the SGK 5k on at the end of the month is sub 26. I ran the 3.1 today in 25:12 but only a couple little hills so I'm not calling that one.
Long run tomorrow with K. Looking forward to knocking that one out and then coming home to relax a bit before I have to go pick up my littles early.
