Had a great 3 miler this morning with Terry. We stuck to the neighborhood and it was so nice not to dodge traffic.
My husband returns today! After 24 days and that scare in Liege with the bombings, I'll be glad to have him home safely.
Looking to run the Charleston 1/2 marathon on January 14th. I know, I know. I said I wasn't ready to think about a run yet but I kinda changed my mind...:)
"Keep running. If you feel like crap, run faster. You won't feel any better but at least you'll be done sooner."
