75 degrees with 70% humidity..blech! I got out early today to get my run in but it didn't help all that much. I managed the 9 miles and came home feeling like I'd just stepped out of the shower, everything soaked.
It's 730, my run is done, kids are still asleep and the coffee is brewing..ahh!!!!
"Keep running. If you feel like crap, run faster. You won't feel any better but at least you'll be done sooner."

Now this is my type of running.... home early enough to brew a pot of coffee while the house is still asleep.
I managed a 62 mile bike to the lake and then a repeat back to Greenville. HOT...HOT... HOT!!!!!
