Two mile run with our poochie Jack, the wonder Lab. Today is a rest day since tomorrow has a 10-12 mile LSR on the agenda with Ms Liesl. My lovely husband is preparing to leave NYC and head to Belgium for the weekend. Running should be much easier there and I hope the nasty cold my father shared with him will pass soon. Kids are off to their father's for the weekend so I'm going to spend my last weekend before my classes kick off on Monday reading and relaxing. Just finished Joy Fielding's Whispers and Lies. Did NOT expect that ending!
