5 miles folks. It really felt good to be back out after the 2nd mile. The first 2 miles were annoying. No serious heel pain to speak of, a bit of a cranky ankle (same foot) so I had a soak and now I'm going to stretch it out with a little Christmas shopping..woohoo:)
