Flemming hooked me up with his super dooper massage therapist, Ashley. I had a lovely massage with her today that left me feeling like I was hit by a truck, from the butt down. I did some running around town and then came home for a 6 mile run with Dave. The start was sore but eventually I loosened back up and it was a very good run. Here I sit, 6 hours later and I'm starting to feel my legs tightening back up. Might be time for a good soak.
3 days until I leave...eeeeeek!
"Keep running. If you feel like crap, run faster. You won't feel any better but at least you'll be done sooner."
