Great run today, not because I felt like it but because I just felt GOOD running. Although I was running alone today, I didn't feel alone at all. Everything was perfectly 'red' for me today:) (My favorite color is red- it brings out strong emotions in me and makes me feel warm:) )
Tomorrow is a 5 miler with the Dave-ster and then it looks like I'll be forced to take the weekend off as we have crap weather headed our way.
"Keep running. If you feel like crap, run faster. You won't feel any better but at least you'll be done sooner."
